For those of you that were fortunate enough to join us in Ames, IA at our Annual Conference, you may have had the opportunity to join Don Merritt and Christopher Dechter’s Mentoring 101 session. In their session not only did they delve into the essentials of mentoring in professional development, but they also introduced ETC’s new partnership with WAVIT.  

ETC is excited to support WAVIT in their “Wave of Influence” Mentorship Program. If you are looking to get connected as a mentor and help encourage the next leaders in Higher Education AV/IT industry, this is a great way to give back.
